INGREDIENTS
1 English cucumber sliced thin
¼ red onion sliced thin
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon Sriracha/hot sauce
2 tablespoons coconut Aminos/soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon Sesame Seeds
½ teaspoon Furikake (optional)
½ avocado diced
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by slicing the cucumber in thin pieces, putting them straight into the container. We recommend using a traditional mason jar for the ultimate experience.
Slice the red onion into thin strips and add it to the container.
Dice the avocado into small cubes, add to container.
Combine the salt, pepper, sesame oil, mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and cream cheese. Mix well.
Shake the jar well so everything mixes together evenly. Top it off with the Sriracha or hot sauce.
