Easy To Do Home Workouts

Squats

Squats are versatile and can be done almost anywhere in the home. All you need is a few feet of open space where you can move freely. Counter Push Ups

All you need to do is get in push up position, but instead of putting your hands on the ground you instead lean on your forearms. This is a great way to get a good ab workout in only a few minutes time!
